How we handle your personal data when you buy a ticket or use this website.

Data controller

For any privacy request, or to exercise your rights, write to [email protected].

What data we collect

• Identity & contact: the email address you provide at checkout (and name, if entered).
• Transaction data: the ticket type, quantity, amount paid and payment reference. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never receive or store them.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and the traffic source of your visit (e.g. search engine or social network), collected to run and secure the site.

Why we use it & legal basis

• To fulfil your order — create your ticket and email it to you (performance of a contract).
• To answer enquiries you send us (legitimate interest / your request).
• To prevent fraud and misuse and keep the service secure (legitimate interest).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We only share data with the processors needed to deliver your ticket, each bound by their own data-protection commitments:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending your ticket confirmation email.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and the ticket database (stored in the EU).

Where any transfer outside the EU occurs, it is covered by the appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) under the GDPR.

How long we keep it

Ticket and transaction records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law (generally 4–6 years, and up to 10 years for anti-money-laundering obligations). After that they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).

Security

AGMO ANTIK S.L. processes your personal data confidentially and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it, although no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
